A company is looking for an Account Resolution Representative II.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating account resolution activities for a portfolio of approximately $375M-$500M
- Research and resolve payer rejected/denied claims and analyze accounts for payment accuracy
- Provide training and support to staff while monitoring workflow and productivity
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an Account Follow-up Representative I or 2 years in hospital patient financial services
- Thorough understanding of healthcare revenue cycle functions and regulations
- Certified Revenue Cycle Representative preferred within 180 days
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
