Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of experience in customer engagement or related areas
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B customer-facing role managing complex relationships
- Experience with strategic planning and operational efficiency
- Ability to work independently while seeking guidance when necessary
- Understanding of Microsoft's commercial business solutions and the partner ecosystem
