Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers through high-volume inbound calls
- Assist customers with their unique needs and educate them about coverage options
- Offer available products tailored to customers' needs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or two years post-secondary education
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required for bilingual positions
- Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
- Designated workspace free from noise and distractions, with high-speed internet access
