A company is looking for a Travel Planning Specialist for Custom & Group Tours.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, quote, and execute custom and group tour itineraries
• Communicate with clients and tour operators to address inquiries and troubleshoot issues
• Maintain tour content and logistics while coordinating group tour details with operators

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Fluent in written and spoken English; other languages are desirable
• Ability to manage changing priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience in customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical capabilities
