Key Responsibilities
- Streamline communication with members across events and programs to improve engagement
- Maintain systems for core programs, ensuring smooth operation and support for community initiatives
- Collaborate with Community Managers to create a welcoming member experience and manage community moderation
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in community management, customer marketing, or community operations
- Experience in designing and executing educational and engaging programs for customers
- Proficiency in English at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Tech-savvy with familiarity in modern community platforms and content management systems
