Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Streamline communication with members across events and programs to improve engagement
  • Maintain systems for core programs, ensuring smooth operation and support for community initiatives
  • Collaborate with Community Managers to create a welcoming member experience and manage community moderation
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in community management, customer marketing, or community operations
  • Experience in designing and executing educational and engaging programs for customers
  • Proficiency in English at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Tech-savvy with familiarity in modern community platforms and content management systems
