A company is looking for a Clinical Support Coordinator to provide administrative support to Care Managers and process authorizations and referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to Care Managers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Process outpatient and inpatient authorizations/referrals and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist in care management initiatives and maintain compliance with performance standards
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Trade/Technical/Vocational Diploma preferred
- 2-3 years of administrative assistant or secretarial experience required
- Proficiency with office procedures and MS Office
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Ability to manage time effectively and use standard office equipment
