Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Support Coordinator to provide administrative support to Care Managers and process authorizations and referrals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to Care Managers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Process outpatient and inpatient authorizations/referrals and respond to customer inquiries
  • Assist in care management initiatives and maintain compliance with performance standards
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Trade/Technical/Vocational Diploma preferred
  • 2-3 years of administrative assistant or secretarial experience required
  • Proficiency with office procedures and MS Office
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Ability to manage time effectively and use standard office equipment
