Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate to support licensed insurance agents during the open enrollment period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for licensed agents regarding enrollment, benefits, billing, and underwriting inquiries
  • Guide agents through available tools and services and create support materials
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports while supporting internal improvement efforts
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • 1 year of customer service, call center, or administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word)
  • Experience with open enrollment or insurance is a major plus
  • Ability to meet performance and quality standards in a remote environment
