Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate to support licensed insurance agents during the open enrollment period.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for licensed agents regarding enrollment, benefits, billing, and underwriting inquiries
- Guide agents through available tools and services and create support materials
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports while supporting internal improvement efforts
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- 1 year of customer service, call center, or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word)
- Experience with open enrollment or insurance is a major plus
- Ability to meet performance and quality standards in a remote environment
