Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to enhance enterprise adoption and success planning
- Own and optimize the global renewal process to ensure timely and accurate renewals
- Mentor and develop a global team while fostering a culture of accountability and customer focus
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Renewals, or Account Management
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role with global team management responsibilities
- Experience with retention, churn, and expansion KPIs in a recurring revenue business
- Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle for hybrid hardware/software/SaaS models
- Strong operational and systems mindset with familiarity in tools like Gainsight or Salesforce
