A company is looking for a Senior Director of Customer Success & Renewals to lead the global post-sale customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to enhance enterprise adoption and success planning
  • Own and optimize the global renewal process to ensure timely and accurate renewals
  • Mentor and develop a global team while fostering a culture of accountability and customer focus


Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Renewals, or Account Management
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role with global team management responsibilities
  • Experience with retention, churn, and expansion KPIs in a recurring revenue business
  • Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle for hybrid hardware/software/SaaS models
  • Strong operational and systems mindset with familiarity in tools like Gainsight or Salesforce
