Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Specialist to facilitate and submit enrollment applications for healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete pre-enrollment questionnaires and ensure the correct forms are utilized for enrollment
• Submit enrollment applications to payors and manage follow-ups on outstanding items
• Proactively manage enrollments to reduce held accounts receivable and complete related special projects

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• 1+ years of related experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, and PECOS
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in customer service and teamwork
