Job Summary
A company is looking for a Fraud Prevention Analyst to assess account activity for potential fraud and conduct fraud investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with members to address questions regarding potential and actual fraudulent activity
- Conduct fraud investigations and document findings under the direction of the Fraud Prevention Manager
- Monitor systems and analyze activity to prevent fraudulent activities and recommend additional monitoring actions
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or relevant experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least one year of related work experience
- Placement within the position tiers is based on prior experience
- Proficiency in MS Office suite of tools
