Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day customer-facing operations including onboarding, client engagement, and delivery tracking
- Evaluate and improve core business processes tied to client operations and implement automation for efficiency
- Define and track KPIs, build dashboards for real-time insights, and lead performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in SaaS or technology-enabled services
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary Client Services or Professional Services teams
- Strong operational focus with a bias toward metrics and scalable outcomes
- Experience deploying technology to scale human services in high-growth environments
- Bonus: Background in accounting software, fintech, or payments ecosystem
