A company is looking for a Support Coordinator - UMI.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist care/case managers with non-clinical activities such as managing authorizations and creating cases
- Provide telephonic outreach to members, providers, and community organizations regarding care coordination
- Document member information accurately and comply with HIPAA and regulatory guidelines
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Prior experience in a customer service environment
- Working experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
