A company is looking for a Support Coordinator - UMI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist care/case managers with non-clinical activities such as managing authorizations and creating cases
  • Provide telephonic outreach to members, providers, and community organizations regarding care coordination
  • Document member information accurately and comply with HIPAA and regulatory guidelines
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution
  • Prior experience in a customer service environment
  • Working experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
