Required Qualifications
  • Five years of experience in customer success or account management within B2B SaaS or a translation company
  • Proven experience in localization operations or account management with a strong understanding of translation technologies
  • Strong data analysis skills to demonstrate value to customers
  • Integrity, commitment, and ownership towards customer success
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional startup environment
