Key Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly objectives for software consumption and customer portfolio utilization growth
- Enhance engagement with new users through onboarding and regular meetings to drive expansion and retention
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with sales to drive account expansion
Required Qualifications
- Five years of experience in customer success or account management within B2B SaaS or a translation company
- Proven experience in localization operations or account management with a strong understanding of translation technologies
- Strong data analysis skills to demonstrate value to customers
- Integrity, commitment, and ownership towards customer success
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional startup environment
