Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound surveys in both Spanish and English, recording responses accurately
- Work remotely and maintain a flexible schedule, including weekend shifts
- Ensure a professional handling of calls and accurately input data into the survey software
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older (16+ in certain states)
- Must reside in specified U.S. states
- Must be able to read and speak clearly in both Spanish and English
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute with accuracy
- Must provide own equipment and have a dedicated, quiet workspace
