Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Specialist TCT Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide TCT clinical pharmacy services and drug information to patients and healthcare professionals
• Complete clinical activities including medication therapy management and order reviews
• Develop and implement TCT drug therapy protocols and assist with medication formulary management

Required Qualifications

• Active Texas state pharmacist license in good standing
• Completion of ASHP PGY2 residency or four years of equivalent clinical experience
• Certification in related area of specialty must be obtained within two years if not already certified
• Interpersonal skills and empathetic communication abilities
