Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering Member and Provider inquiries respectfully and courteously
- Utilize proprietary systems to address customer requests and adhere to service standards
- Act as a liaison between Members, Providers, and Client Representatives to ensure effective communication and service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of related experience
- Knowledge and experience in the insurance, health, or vision care industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
