Key Responsibilities
- Resolve complex situations for Guests and engage in virtual conversations to empower them
- Research and identify root causes of technical difficulties faced by Guests
- Mentor team members and provide feedback to enhance the overall Guest Experience
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three years of customer service experience
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
- Multi-channel customer engagement experience
- Must reside within 50 miles of a Breeze location
