Program Engagement Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Engagement Representative to manage member enrollment and scheduling for health programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to enroll and schedule members in lifestyle management or clinical coaching
• Explain platform features and services to members and assist with enrollment questions
• Document interactions and maintain compliance with HIPAA guidelines

Required Qualifications

• GED or High School diploma, with technical medical knowledge and/or computer courses preferred
• Minimum of three years' experience in a customer service and sales-driven environment, preferably in healthcare
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database management
• Ability to communicate effectively with members and colleagues
• Basic math skills and reasoning ability to solve practical problems
