Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in the health contact center field, with at least 6 months as a Telecommunicator I
- High School Diploma or GED
- Moderate computer proficiency, including familiarity with Macintosh and Google Chrome
- Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and various information systems
- Proficient in using softphone applications, instant messaging, and Google Suite
