Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls, providing assistance and resolving issues efficiently
- Document customer interactions accurately in client systems
- Follow scripts and procedures while maintaining a customer-service-oriented approach
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in specified states (TX, OK, GA, TN, IN, OH, KS, MO, NC, NV)
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
- Flexibility in working schedule, including availability on weekends
- Computer literacy with minimum typing speed of 25 WPM and specific hardware requirements
