Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collection Representative-3rd Party.

Key Responsibilities

• Review accounts to determine actions needed for resolution of delinquent accounts
• Utilize skip tracing techniques and collection strategies to locate consumers and negotiate payment terms
• Document accounts accurately and participate in continuous improvement training sessions

Required Qualifications

• High school education or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of collections or sales experience preferred
