A company is looking for a Mobility Support Team Member to provide operational support in the relocation process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Updates internal systems with documentation related to household goods, temporary housing, and family services
- Participates in training initiatives to learn systems and processes
- Monitors and reviews reports for processing efficiency and accuracy
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Minimum of 6 months of relocation industry experience preferred
