Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Analyst to support their Customer Success team by analyzing data and improving customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data and create dashboards to monitor customer satisfaction and performance metrics
- Build customer-facing value story decks and collaborate with Customer Success Managers for client meetings
- Support sales operations tasks, including pipeline reporting, CRM hygiene, and logistics for industry events
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, sales operations, or business analytics
- Strong data analysis skills with a working knowledge of SQL
- Experience with dashboard tools such as Looker or Kibana
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting
