Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage professional relationships with customers, monitoring their progress and engagement
- Assist customers in accessing essential services and resources aligned with their program goals
- Maintain accurate case documentation and collaborate with team members to resolve participant issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; 0-2 years of relevant professional experience preferred
- Case management experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must reside in the state of Montana
