Job Summary

A company is looking for an Overpayment Resolution Analyst, PFS - Local Remote within the service area.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, analyze, and resolve charges, credits, and overpayments on assigned accounts
• Determine necessary steps for resolution or return of funds based on payer or patient requirements
• Respond to unique cases where clear policies and procedures are not established

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in a medical business office, healthcare setting, or comparable experience
• Related mathematical and customer service work experience is required
• No specific educational qualifications beyond a high school diploma are required
• No certifications or licenses are required for this position
