Job Summary

A company is looking for a Liability Determination Adjuster - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by being compassionate and supportive throughout the claims process
• Conduct thorough investigations of liability claims, reviewing damages and interpreting policies for coverage determination
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and video chat to guide them through the claims process and keep them updated

Required Qualifications:

• Completion of comprehensive on-the-job training
• Ability to independently investigate and assess claims
• Experience in negotiating claims settlements
• Familiarity with various communication methods for customer interaction
• Understanding of insurance policies and coverage interpretation
