Client Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Representative - Global Shareholder Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service on all client interactions while applying strong knowledge of products, procedures, and services
• Facilitate financial and non-financial transactions accurately while adhering to legal requirements
• Participate in new hire training and ongoing mentoring sessions with management

Required Qualifications

• Client Service/Customer Service experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work a flexible remote schedule, Monday through Friday
• Proficient computer skills and eagerness to learn new software systems
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
