Eligibility and Member Services Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Eligibility and Member Services Specialist to join their Employer Services Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and resolve client challenges related to member management in collaboration with brokers and employers
• Identify root causes of discrepancies and build resolution plans for eligibility and billing issues
• Coordinate and manage communications with Employers and Brokers to ensure exceptional customer experience

Required Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in financial services, product compliance, or group benefits operations
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Experience with Eligibility and Evidence of Insurability at a group carrier is a plus
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
