A company is looking for a Pool Inside Service/Support Representative to join their team in Apopka, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality telephone and email support with a high degree of customer service and technical expertise
- Maintain current knowledge of all product offerings and technical support procedures to deliver accurate solutions
- Resolve customer problems, disputes, and complaints efficiently and professionally
Required Qualifications:
- 1 - 2 years of experience in technical product support
- Previous experience related to troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems
- In-depth knowledge of pool products
- Experience working with SAP and Salesforce is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office products
