A company is looking for a Licensed Healthcare Customer Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and provide marketing materials related to Medicare plans
• Utilize tools for first call resolution and maintain customer satisfaction
• Input caller and enrollment information accurately into multiple systems

Required Qualifications

• Must hold a valid and active health insurance license
• 1 year or more of Medicare Sales experience preferred
• Thorough understanding of Medicaid, Medicare, and ACA rules
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends
