A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Recommend upgrades to health plans based on product and brand knowledge
- Conduct research and make outbound calls to address customer inquiries regarding health care benefits and enrollment status

Required Qualifications
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
