California Support Broker

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Broker- California (Bilingual).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a workload of up to 125 program participants, maintaining required contact and resolving inquiries
• Provide practical skills training to participants in areas such as budgeting, hiring, and community resource identification
• Assist participants with enrollment in programs, developing spending plans, and monitoring health and safety

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or senior citizens
• BA or BS degree in a related field, or equivalent experience (4+ years)
• Bilingual in Spanish or Korean
• Knowledge of Medicaid services preferred
• Availability between 8 AM - 7 PM PST
