Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Broker- California (Bilingual).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a workload of up to 125 program participants, maintaining required contact and resolving inquiries
- Provide practical skills training to participants in areas such as budgeting, hiring, and community resource identification
- Assist participants with enrollment in programs, developing spending plans, and monitoring health and safety
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or senior citizens
- BA or BS degree in a related field, or equivalent experience (4+ years)
- Bilingual in Spanish or Korean
- Knowledge of Medicaid services preferred
- Availability between 8 AM - 7 PM PST
