Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trading Systems Support Associate to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, addressing inquiries related to trading exchange products
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues with the digital assets infrastructure and exchange technology stacks
• Resolve or escalate incidents involving system performance, order execution delays, and service disruptions

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with cryptocurrency transactions and trading concepts
• Experience with trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5
• Technical mindset with knowledge of software development, scripting, or QA/UA testing preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Strong understanding of financial technology and digital asset ecosystems
