Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to support their Everlance B2C product line.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for assigned customers, ensuring all deliverables are met
- Conduct client-facing calls to establish program objectives, timelines, and address customer inquiries
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions for users to ensure confidence in using the platform
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in implementing and/or supporting customers in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to lead multiple implementations under tight time constraints
- Technical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities with new systems
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications
