Vice President of Customer Solutions

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Customer Solutions to lead their Supply Chain Advisory Organization's Demo, POC, and Pilot team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team responsible for demos, proofs of concept, and customer pilots
• Define and drive the strategic vision for Custom Demos, POCs, and Pilots in alignment with company objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive customer success

Required Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience in customer-facing demos, POCs, and pilot programs within supply chain or enterprise software
• Strong strategic thinking ability to translate vision into executable plans
• Experience in recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
• Deep knowledge of supply chain technologies and industry trends
• Global experience with modern, native cloud solutions
