Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities of a team focused on customer success
- Facilitate customer onboarding and monitor product engagement
- Provide ongoing support and resolve customer issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of corporate services/registered agent experience required
- 2+ years of people management experience required, managing teams of 6+
- Industry knowledge across all 50 states related to business entity services required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience with performance improvement plans and team development
