A company is looking for a Customer Operations Specialist, Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer product inquiries and resolve concerns related to installation, operation, and compatibility
  • Troubleshoot software application issues and document recurring technical problems
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, product overviews, and training independently
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, account management, or technical customer support
  • Knowledge of Health Insurance, Benefits Administration, SaaS, or Healthcare
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, HTML, and basic SQL
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal oversight
  • High school diploma or GED required; B.S. or B.A. degree preferred
