Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer product inquiries and resolve concerns related to installation, operation, and compatibility
- Troubleshoot software application issues and document recurring technical problems
- Facilitate discovery sessions, product overviews, and training independently
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, account management, or technical customer support
- Knowledge of Health Insurance, Benefits Administration, SaaS, or Healthcare
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, HTML, and basic SQL
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal oversight
- High school diploma or GED required; B.S. or B.A. degree preferred
