Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Preferred experience in customer service or call center environments
- One year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
- Familiarity with computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Understanding of patient population needs and development principles
