A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Independent Contractor, Remote - SaaS / Life Sciences).
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively schedule and lead regular strategic conversations with customers
- Act as a trusted partner to pharma customers, maintaining regular touchpoints and understanding their strategic goals
- Identify customer pain points and provide insights to internal teams for product development
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or life sciences
- Strong track record of initiating and maintaining regular client engagement
- High energy, self-motivation, and discipline in a remote setting
- Comfort working across time zones and collaborating remotely
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools
