Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and accurate phone assistance to patients and healthcare staff across various communication channels
  • Schedule and register patient appointments, update patient information, and verify health plan eligibility
  • Resolve patient inquiries and issues with an emphasis on first contact resolution
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school graduate, GED, or equivalent
  • Experience with computer systems, including web-based applications
  • Preferred: 1 year experience in a high-volume multichannel contact center
  • Experience in a patient-focused healthcare environment is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing work hours and responsibilities
