Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and accurate phone assistance to patients and healthcare staff across various communication channels
- Schedule and register patient appointments, update patient information, and verify health plan eligibility
- Resolve patient inquiries and issues with an emphasis on first contact resolution
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school graduate, GED, or equivalent
- Experience with computer systems, including web-based applications
- Preferred: 1 year experience in a high-volume multichannel contact center
- Experience in a patient-focused healthcare environment is preferred
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing work hours and responsibilities
