A company is looking for a Project-Based Customer Service - FEMA Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide information related to disaster relief programs and FEMA policies
- Assess caller needs and direct them to appropriate resources and support services
- Document calls and maintain compliance with FEMA policies and guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Entry-level position with a minimum of 6 months to over a year of customer service experience
- Moderate computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
