Medicare Secondary Payer Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an MSP COB Representative I- (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) and Coordination of Benefits (COB) claims to ensure accurate resolution
• Maintain and update enrollment and other insurance coverage information for proper claims adjudication
• Research claims history to identify previously paid claims and adjust claims as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 years of experience in claims, enrollment and billing, customer service, or Other Party Liability
• Preferred experience with CareFirst
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word and Excel)
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
