Key Responsibilities

- Document and optimize Customer Success procedures and internal training materials

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of experience in an operational role, preferably in Technical Support or Marketing
- Prior experience with software integrations such as Zapier and Freshworks
- Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
