Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Technical Support Representative - Part Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize an electronic ticketing system to assist students and instructors with platform questions and bug reports
- Review and address student/instructor feedback and assist with account and course setup
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and maintain records of interactions and complaints
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field
- Knowledge of programming basics in C, C++, Python, Java, MATLAB, and/or Assembly
- Availability for early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Experience with customer service or technical support roles is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and provide feedback on service processes
