Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Work from Home).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from providers and members regarding insurance eligibility, benefits, claims, and service authorizations
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve issues related to claims payment, authorization, and eligibility inquiries
  • Create, track, and complete Customer Service Incidents to resolve caller issues and meet performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • One (1) to three (3) years of customer service experience required
  • One (1) to three (3) years in the Health Insurance Industry preferred
  • Claims payor experience preferred, but not required
