Job Summary
A company is looking for a Health Account Solutions Contact Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries regarding Health Solution Group products
- Record and verify customer transactions, processing requests or forwarding them as necessary
- Contribute to process improvement and follow up with customers to ensure service issues are resolved
Required Qualifications
- College degree with 1+ years of customer service experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 3+ years of customer service experience
- Experience in the financial services industry is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in basic computer functions and navigating multiple systems
- Strong learning agility and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
- Bi-lingual opportunities available upon assessment completion
