Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Account Solutions Contact Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries regarding Health Solution Group products
  • Record and verify customer transactions, processing requests or forwarding them as necessary
  • Contribute to process improvement and follow up with customers to ensure service issues are resolved
Required Qualifications
  • College degree with 1+ years of customer service experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience in the financial services industry is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in basic computer functions and navigating multiple systems
  • Strong learning agility and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
  • Bi-lingual opportunities available upon assessment completion
