Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Operations Specialist - Recruitment to provide support for recruitment platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily customer support and troubleshoot software-related issues for OmegaRecruit and ICS
  • Manage customer contract renewals and coordinate recruitment-related events within the platform
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to deliver 24-hour support during peak recruitment periods
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma and two or more years of experience in a customer service-related field
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly and efficiently
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours during recruitment seasons
  • Experience with OmegaRecruit or ICS is preferred
