Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Operations Specialist - Recruitment to provide support for recruitment platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily customer support and troubleshoot software-related issues for OmegaRecruit and ICS
- Manage customer contract renewals and coordinate recruitment-related events within the platform
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to deliver 24-hour support during peak recruitment periods
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and two or more years of experience in a customer service-related field
- Ability to learn new technology quickly and efficiently
- Strong analytical skills and excellent organizational skills
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours during recruitment seasons
- Experience with OmegaRecruit or ICS is preferred
