Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Community Manager to enhance community engagement and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with volunteer moderators and community members to address their needs and inform policy improvements
- Participate in community engagement meetings and assist with community requests, including running elections for moderators
- Collaborate with Trust & Safety and Support Teams, and communicate community feedback to product teams
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in a user-facing role within a large organization
- Experience with community management, preferably within Stack Overflow communities
- Strong understanding of technology, platform content issues, and moderation practices
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to provide actionable feedback
- Experience working cross-functionally with various departments is a plus
