Patient Financial Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PFS Representative CBO.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate patient billing and collection activities
• Research payments, denials, and accounts to resolve discrepancies
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and internal clients

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
• 1 year of patient financial services or revenue cycle experience
• Knowledge of patient financial services and insurance processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong knowledge of common office software, including spreadsheets and databases
