Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Customer Experience Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, correct, and release purchase orders submitted via EDI and GFAX to meet customer expectations
- Communicate customer master updates to Commercial Operations and maintain an accurate EDI Product Catalog
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and address customer complaints or concerns
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry
- At least 5 years of EDI experience within the GHX platform
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP system experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
